The Rhubarb House is independently-owned by John and Shellie Ralston. Established in 2000, the restaurant came from Shellie’s successful catering business. “We wanted to create a place that is eye-catching, yet comfortable and casual,” says Shellie, “where you can have a business luncheon or wear your jeans and have a nice glass of wine with friends.”
Known for giving a unique touch to traditional fare, The Rhubarb’s kitchen takes advantage of seasonal produce and buys from local farmers when possible. The seasons are also reflected in the restaurant’s changing décor, so guests are greeted with a rich variety of visual and culinary pleasures.
